I renewed my contract back in September and agreed a deal over the phone and after some further discussions with retentions finally agreed on a contract with a monthly credit which amounted to the same as what I had originally been offered. I was told that the first bill may be not what I would expect as the credit would take time to be applied. However I now have a second bill which does not include the credit. Could you please private message me to review as everything agreed will be in the account notes. It is the same issue that seemed to resolve itself for a while and has just come back today. I have tried restarting the computer, logging back in, different browsers etc like last time and yet again it is only 4HD. All the other channels including 4+1 are working fine, broadband is fine. Now it has 'fixed itself' and I no longer seem to have any issues. The only change that has happened is there may have been some VM account activity after I lost TNT sports on 30th June (I hadn't been sent an e-mail related to this until after I contacted tech support to restore it) and whatever tech support did may have done something. Otherwise I'm at a loss to what changed other than it has just fixed itself. You will note that I had access to ALL other channels on TV-GO except Channel 4 HD but as I said, it has now been restored somehow. I never used the app, I was having the problem using a browser to access TVGo. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app it is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ on Android 12 all up to date. I have tried on MacOS X using firefox and edge and Windows 11 using Edge browsers. I can watch all other Channel 4 channels including 4+1 and I can watch the content on channel4's website. The problem is confined to Channel 4HD only and it is irrelevant of time or content. I can watch all other channels including 4+1, E4, all other channel 4 channels and all other non-ch4 channels. Just Channel 4 HD gives the error message. I can watch the content on the channel4 website. There is nothing being streamed at any time on Channel 4 HD on TVGo. I can watch it on Channel4+1 through TVGo so why can't I watch it an hour earlier on Channel4 HD through TVGo? I have tried logging in and out, private mode, different borwsers and on my mobile with the app and Channel 4 HD won't play but all other channels *including* *Channel4+1* that I tried will play as normal.
