I have holidays, purchase receipts, event tickets, contracts, membership, etc etc all still missing. I also have an outstanding communication email regarding a 10k claim that I’m in the middle of, and I can’t continue without the historical detail. This needs sorting asap. What’s the hold up. I’m not tech minded and I thought that once I received an email that it was mine forever, why is this not the case. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 I have lost all my emails. I received notification from virgin that they had an issue and to be assured that they have them backed up on another server. I am still waiting for my emails to be reinstated as I have stacks of confidential replies and confirmations of tickets and trips etc that I need access too. Re: Undo delete 360 this 360 system has literally gone backwards and it only gives us voice search. You can’t - Key In keywords to help search You can’t set to record over 2 wks in advance as you can with keywords Can’t un-delete when they’ve made it easier to delete by mistake by leaving the delete option open from deleting a previous program You can’t stop it from re-recording duplicate episodes voice search doesn’t even find programs within the 2 week period to record, instead I’ve had to find the program manually by searching the guide and selecting record I just find it underwhelming for the extra I pay and will defo be reducing my services after the promotion period ends.
