Re: Unable to access sites Why do I get this, when I've used the link icon? I was trying to post.... Re: TP router…again ! You might find some help from this current thread...."Problems: Adding a 3rd Party Router...." (Sorry, can't seem to get the link to post here!) It mentions sequences for rebooting and had seen no mention of you setting DHCP mode yet? VM's Essential Security - Virus Protection Good or bad? What are general thoughts on using VM's Virus Protection? Any 'Cons'? SolvedRe: Unable to access sites Something that I don't understand..... This afternoon, while I was trouble shooting, I connected a third PC to the VM broadband, which it had never been connected to before, and that too, straight off wouldn't load the feeds! Different PC, different set of cookies....unless VM have added something on connection? The picture below is from an HDMI Quad screen multiviewer and shows, on the left, a PC connected to TalkTalk broadband, with no issues and on the right, two different PCs, both connected to the Virgin broadband, and both with the issue! The bottom right, not previously ever had the issue and not previously connected to VM! 🤷🏻♂️ any thoughts? Re: Unable to access sites Thank you so much! That seems to have solved it! Surely this can't have all been a coincidence with the changing of IP, can it? (I've been using that site for years, without the issue cropping up! ) Re: Unable to access sites Just been trying to whittle this down.... In the past I was using Edge, but that is having issues now. (Though Edge on my Mac worked! 🤷🏻♂️ Tried Firefox and that wouldn't fully load the sites. Just tested Chrome and in a regular page I get the 'Video unavailable' messages, however, when I did an Incognito window, the sites loaded! Any clues there? Interestingly, while that was loaded, I thought I'd reopen the site in a 'regular' Chrome page and while it was trying to load, the 'incognito' page started buffering in each feed. As soon as the 'regular' page had gone to 'Video unavailable', the 'incognito' was back streaming properly. Are there also DNS settings in the browsers, as well as in the Windows network settings? Re: Unable to access sites Just fired up my Mac to see what happens there = site loaded ok, with all feeds loading. Did start up another PC today, and connected it via VM for the first time, and got the same 'feeds not loading' issue! Mystery deepens.... Re: Unable to access sites Yes, that's my first course of action on sites playing up, thanks :-) Re: Cancellation I bet you'll get bombarded with communications, now!
