Can't switch to paperless billing
Hi Virgin Media Community, I'm having trouble switching to paperless billing. After spending hours on hold and exchanging countless WhatsApp messages, I was told it was sorted, but I'm still getting paper bills. I have been through my settings trying to switch to ebilling and all I can find is how to change how VM can contact me, but no way to switch to ebilling.
