New Build House connection
I'm moving into a newbuild house tomorrow, Inside the house has virgin branded sockets and all the connections you can think of. The house is one of 3 which are the last to have been built on the road and have literally only become completed in the last couple of weeks. Every other house on the road is showing In the list as suitable for virgin. When calling im being told that the house isnt serviceable by virgin. But why would the house come with virgin branded connections? And why does every other house on the road have the ability to have virgin but these 3 houses? Does anyone have any experience of this situation? Is it just because the house isnt showing up anywhere yet? Can't get virgin despite it being at my door.
Hoping somebody can shed some light on my situation here and maybe help me out. I've called VM, been to an o2 store and filled a request for contact and haven't gotten anything back. So this is my last option. Had vm at my old address and it was great, figured i would take it out in the new flat. Neighbours have it but i can't it seems, if the street were a deadzone that would be the end of it but there is a vm grate at the front of my building door and a few of my neighbours have it. Is this something somebody can sort out?
