VM email not working with Gmail app
Hi I've merged my VM and 02 accounts as requested and was forced to also changed my password. I'm able to log in to my emails via a web browser but the Gmail app that I've used to years no longer recognises my account details. I've even tried to remove the account and re-add it. The IMAP settings remain as they were, and published on the VM support pages. Has anyone else experienced this, and can anyone shed any light into why this has happened or how to resolve it? I've tried to reach out to support by phone and Web chat but receive no response!118Views0likes7Comments
