wifi pod order hasnt arrived

I was told on the 16th February that a wifi pod would be sent out and would be with me within a fortnight, I called again on the 26th of february, (reason being that I had no confirmation regarding my order and was checking to see if order had actually been placed,) which was confirmed and again I was told if I had not received it by the 1st March to call and let virgin media know, today is the the 4th of march and I am now being asked to wait another 4 days which I now find unacceptable, the adviser I spoke to on the 26th said she could see the order on my account, the fact that I have not even had confirmation to say that it has been dispatched is very frustrating, not happy with virgin media.
