I’m getting really frustrated trying to order a second WiFi Pod. The signal in the upstairs office is terrible and keeps dropping. I have one pod already downstairs. I’ve done the VM Connect, tried to get WIFI Max, spoke to various bots and keep getting told to order it on my virgin media….please can someone help?

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your service. Can I just check are you following these steps on the connect app? If so what speeds results are you getting?:
· Tap Start the scan
· Then Start the scan again
· While connect to WiFi, Tap I’m ready
· Wait 2 mintues for Scan
· Scan complete, Tap continue
· Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in
· Start the Scan (do this in every room)
· Scan complete
· Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option
· If so, Tap Optimise
· Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room,
· Tap Start Scan
· Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option
