Website links not working and VOLT question

Hi All  Several issues! 1. Many of the links on website are not working.  For example, the "Upgrade Package/Find out More" button; "See your Offers" button. I get a message saying "Oops.  Looks lik...

 Thanks Molly.  Thanks for your help.  It is still frustrating that the links to "See your Offers" and "Upgrade Package - Find Out More" still shows this screen:
