Hi,
I'm struggling to get a signal in two areas of my house. I have installed the connect app as advised but there's no option to order the signal booster as described in poor coverage areas... less than 30 Mpbs
I'm on the Volt Gig1 Full Fibre Broadband package FYI.
Here are the results taken from the screenshot.
WiFi speed
Download speed 10 Mbps
Upload speed 9 Mbps
Latency 12 ms
Jitter 3 ms
Packet loss 0%
Server lo... virgin-100g-man-uk.samkno...
WiFi signal strength -84 dBm
Can a mod please help?

I am so sorry to hear you are facing issues with your connection and thank you for downloading the Connect App! Have you been able to follow these steps with the app:
· Tap Start the scan
· Then Start the scan again
· While connect to WiFi, Tap I’m ready
· Wait 2 mintues for Scan
· Scan complete, Tap continue
· Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in
· Start the Scan (do this in every room)
· Scan complete
· Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option
· If so, Tap Optimise
· Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room,
· Tap Start Scan
· Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option
