Volt on broadband still not activated. O2 data volt is fine. Names etc on account all match.
Tried phoning and was told I would get an email in 48hrs - that was a week ago.
Why is it so difficult to contact someone at Virgin? Keep going round and round in circles and being directed to the “help” pages. Was the same a few weeks ago when I queried my bill. Took me 3 times and a lot of wasted time before I could speak to a human.
Please send help! All I want is my broadband boosted as per the deal I signed up for.
