Volt 1gb speed

Hi there can one of you’re team let me know when, I will get my speed upgrade, as I on M500 and got told that as I’m with O2 I will get a speed upgrade to 1gb in 14 days it’s 4 weeks now and still not got it, any help would be helpful

I assume the HUB 5x over FTTP is supported on the Volt deals?

hi there well the salesman who come to are house said it was, but virgin customer service telling me I’m on 1gb, but when I check with a Ethernet cable I’m only getting 500mb, see screenshot

seems you are not setup for 1Gb
