I’ve tried to text 80011 to unlock my Volt benefits after signing up to both 02 pay monthly and Virgin broadband, but the text message won’t send. Tried from the O2 SIM card and another sim. Any suggestions?

Hey there, welcome to the forums.
If the message won't send, I'd recommend calling either Virgin Media support or O2 support.
They should be able to figure out what's going on and help you get your benefits.
Or alternatively, you can wait for a member of the forums team to respond to this post.

If you have just signed up for volt it does take several days for the Volt benefits to be applied, if you sign into your O2 account you should be able to see something there.
I would try using the O2 app, when I wanted to activate my free Disney+ online it didn't work but using the app it worked pretty much straight away.
