Speed Increase not received

Hi, I've received my O2 data increase but haven't had my broadband speed increase, please could someone advise.  Have tried live chat, which directs me to WhatsApp where no one ever responds.  Thanks

Hi! If your O2 data increase has been applied but your broadband speed hasn't improved, it may be due to a separate upgrade process or a delay. Try restarting your modem or router, and ensure that your broadband plan includes the speed increase.

Pretty sure it is a separate process, I'm still showing 350mb on account online when it should be upgraded to 500 when I took out my O2 SIM.  Have checked speed after a restart still the same.
