Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear you haven't received your SIM card. 

Sadly this site is only able to assist with Virgin Media services.

I love how this is actually a VM issue but you are refusing to resolve this - I have over 5 HOURS of calls to both VM and O2 and no one has resolved this issue - disgusting customer service - you keep bouncing me to the other team saying "not my problem" but VM have to authorise the issuing of the SIM for o2 to send out - who is a manager that I can speak to?

What has O2 advised @jessicalgardner ?
