I wonder if anyone can help. When I signed up to my Volt packages, O2 contract was also included. I don't have the sim card and have never used the service. My contract came to an end on 31st March 2024 and I negotiated another contract with Virgin, O2 was not part of it.
O2 are continuing to take money from my account and after getting nowhere with them I cancelled my direct debit. Now I'm constantly being chased for money for a service that I don't have and the contract has ended. I've rang their customer service, been cut off after 20 mins, written to them, emailed and I'm getting nowhere. Has anyone else had similar problems and if so how did you solve it? Thanks.
