Tried to call the Virgin customer care again today -> Explained, transferred to O2 customer care -> Explained, sorry you need to call Virgin.
Called Virgin Again -> Explained -> reached L2 desk -> Tried to sell new upgrade -> I declined, they agreed to the existing deal -> Order Placed with O2.

Did they manage to order you the O2 sim card in the end to confirm?

No, they didn’t order it. Because I don’t want a random SIM card, I want the one that’s included with the package that comes unlimited internet…
