Never received my O2 SIM card included with volt package

Tried to call the Virgin customer care again today -> Explained, transferred to O2 customer care -> Explained, sorry you need to call Virgin.

Called Virgin Again -> Explained -> reached L2 desk -> Tried to sell new upgrade -> I declined, they agreed to the existing deal -> Order Placed with O2.

Did they manage to order you the O2 sim card in the end to confirm?

If not we can't do it from here sorry pop to your local O2 store or call 0344 809 0202.
