So I took out the Volt bundle that included a SIM card from O2 for an additional £25 pm
However I am also paying O2 £30+ per month for this SIM card?
Looks like when this transfer was done something went wrong with billing - but who do I complain to?
Anyone else had this issue resolved?

So looking further it looks like when I renewed my VM contract in DEC 23 the additional £25 charges started for some reason??
