So after 10 years with sky I jumped ship over to virgin and went for the mega volt bundle mainly for the SIM card offer! The TV & broadband were all installed great and I am happy with that but it’s been 3 weeks now and no SIM card has arrived. VIRGIN just ask me to call O2 but 02 can’t help me as they say I don’t have an account. I have been on hold by both companies for well over 2 hours now!! Can anyone from virgin help me on here?? If this is the type of customer service I get I may not be staying with virgin for long!

Did you get the sim sorted? I had similar issues for months, turned out the email address I used was already registered with o2 due to a previous account and this caused an error in the system, once I gave Virgin a new email to complete the order the sim arrived in a few days
