v6 rebooting loop

Hi,

My v6 tv box is stuck in a booting loop, not sure when it started as we were away on holiday and when we got back, it just loops between welcome and starting up.

I read on another post to try to reset it, holding down the standby and + button and switching on. But the standby never turns blue and it makes no difference.

If that key-based reset doesn't restore your V6, the only choice is to report "my TV box won't boot up" to VM - they should book a tech visit with a view to a replacement being installed.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.
