Over past month of so all 3 V6 boxes have been displaying intermittent pixelation on various channels and times. Pixelation on one TV doesn't mean other TV has problem at same time.
We have had 3 engineer visits who say signal levels are not an issue. They have changed some splitters and connectors to no avail.
Any ideas what might be reason as this is so so frustrating and of course as issue is intermittent they don't see the problem when at house.

Looks like you've got RF noise getting in somewhere, especially if the problem is intermittent. More than likely it's mobile phone interference leaking in either via the street cabinet, or possibly a neighbour has made unauthorised modifications to Virgin's network cabling in their property.

pretty much same - intermittent pixelation.

Thanks for coming back to us @weather1, can you please confirm if the boxes are currently switched on? It would appear your set top boxes are deemed to be unreachable currently.
Have picture issues continued to be apparent since your most recent post?
