Virgin V6 box not working anymore

wegiwegi
Tuning in

A few days back my box was freezing, restarting, pixelating, many times a day, not able to watch recordings. All that for a few days, now I got back from work, and the Starting up is all the time on the screen, and red light flashing and and the other two, internet and wifi flashing at the same time.

From the switch box no lights showing connection to ethernet cable to router, dead, seems the box has just died.

Has been there I believe for more than ten years now, I guess you can check that on customer services.

So what I need to do now to get sorted??
