V6 tv box keeps freezing have to do reboot

Having issues with my v6 tv box. I'm having to reboot box quite regularly and go through initial set up and it's getting quite annoying.  Nearly everyday when watching on playback box regularly freezing and jumping back to previous program. I'm sure this box shouldn't be doing this or is it me .any help would be appreciated.  I've done the maintenance checked wires etc I'm registered disabled and recently had a stroke

No TV box should be locking up, freezing or rebooting - if yours is, there's clearly a fault somewhere.

Fault reporting is either by calling in for an immediate response, or waiting on this forum for a staff response. The latter may take a few days

Hi thanks for the replies.  All sorted now,  Engineer called today and changed v6 box for a new one
