V6 box in a reboot loop

Hi

Since yesterday our V6 box is in a continuous reboot loop, it comes up with welcome screen, the rebooting screen, then sometimes a download arrow/box icon.

I have tried holding + and power button for 30 secs but nothing works.

Has my V6 packed up?

Not sure if there is anything else to try.

Any TV box stuck in a reboot loop should be called into TV faults who can arrange a tech visit. As a last throw of the dice, you can try the following..

Try turning off the V6 at switch; then on the V6 box hold down both the power button and the +button at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds. The box should reboot, the power button should turn blue, and it should reset and boot up normally.

Yeah, had already tried that, anyway a tech should be coming today, likely will replace the box.
