Hi, I have a new v6 box, but they did not replace the power cable.
Sometimes my box won't pick up planned recordings, leaving the message "Power Lost". I was watching programmes from this box from another room at the time, and there definitely was no power loss upstairs.
Would replacing the cable sort this? and if so, where can I get one from please.
