Recontracted and was moved to Mega TV pack but noticed that on demand uhd cinema is saying to subscribe but it was always included previous. I thought the only difference was TNT Sports was paid for.

any ideas?

What package were you on before, Ultimate Oomph did include Sky Cinema UHD but I don't think Ultimate Volt did include it unless you got it as a special deal. It's definitely not in anything available at the moment and is an extra just like TNT Sports when you renew.

Thanks for your post.

Sorry to hear about the UHD content being removed after you re contracted.

The UHD content is only included with specific packages.

If it were to be added now it would be an extra £7 a month.

As a one off I can take a look at this for you and see if there is any way we can add it with no cost. We tend to not deal with package issues on our community.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

Neither Mega TV nor its predecessor Maxit TV included Sky UHD OnDemand as standard, they were always chargeable extras.

Those chargeable extras may have been included in some of the "Ultimate Volt" bundles.
