Hi recently had Tivo box changed due to faulty hard drive but cannot now remote record get message you Tivo box is offline any ideas?

You'd posted in the TiVo forum, but those boxes are being actively replaced with V6 so I'll presume that's what you now have (it runs TiVo-software) - https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
Can you set recordings on your box directly? Can you view & delete existing recordings on TV Control?
