Tivo box stopped rewinding live TV

I used to be able to watch live TV e,g BBC1 and if I missed a bit I could just rewind and watch it again. I have a second box in another room and that works as it always has and can rewind. I have tried turning off on the main switch, leaving it a while and rebooting. No change. Do I need a new box or is there a fix?

We do not manufacture Tivo boxes anymore, so with a box swap you'll receive either a newer V6 box or 360 box.

TiVo's are replaced with V6 as a matter of course. They run the exact same software as what you're used to, but on much newer hardware.

TV360 is a different TV product completely.

Hi dcweather

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues rewinding live TV on one of your boxes. This usually indicates an issue with the hard drive and therefore requires a replacement box. We do not manufacture Tivo boxes anymore, so with a box swap you'll receive either a newer V6 box or 360 box.

I'll pop you over a private message now so I can take your details and arrange an engineer visit for you.
