Tivo V6 box causes TV to lose sound and/or reset

This only happens when playing back something recorded, especially after fast forwarding through adverts. We never have the problem when watching anything else on the TV, which is mostly streaming.  I've also not seen it happen when watching live TV from the Tivo box, only on playback.

Any answers would be much appreciated.

Is it your TV that's resetting, or the V6?

Is this on the TV or the V6 box?

Do you have a sound bar connected at all?

Which streaming content, is it Netflix, Amazon Disney etc?
