Subtitles on one box not the other

Hi,

Im watching the Beast Must Die on ITVX.

On one V6 box I can get the subtitles on my other main V6 box it says no subtitles available 

Any ideas on how to solve as it’s bloody annoying.

To be clear - you're trying to toggle the subtitles off/on with both V6, it says the right things but only actually shows subtitles on one V6 but not the other?

It works on my V6, if that's any consolation. Is this issue specific to the one programme?

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue, and a big thank you to japitts for their reply, are you able to confirm if this issue is only occurring on the one programme?
