Using the Virgin app it says one box is not connecting and the other has Smart Card Provisioning problem.
Have checked the cables, rebooted both boxes and the router and it still says the same. Trying to upgrade to the 360 but cannot due to not been able to complete the order.

VM have not used viewing Smart Cards for years. The CAM unit in the boxes link directly to your account without the need for one.

I too have the same problem with one of my V6 boxes. Could VM staff look into ours?
