Sky On Demand and Cinema UHD

Hi can people confirm if this is working for them? I’m referring to the on demand sky uhd series and uhd cinema movies.

I subscribed on phone but only get a subscribe option when trying to view and got told on the phone there is a fault and I feel like I’m being lied to
