Re: Pixelling channels with broken sound

Hi, I live in Harrogate. Had an really helpful engineer visit today to replace a 7yr old over-heating Hub3 box. During visit I pointed out many channels were pixellating with broken sound. He checked/replaced most cables. He established signal strength to V6 box was very good. He remembered a fellow engineer mentioning pixel/issue issues with at least 300 queries raised last 48 hrs re kids channels 701 & 702. Area 22 Harrogate service comes from Leeds, and allegedly they are urgently looking into pixel/sound issues, despite no service status problems showing on VM mobile app. Fingers crossed here & booked for follow up engineer visit with view to possible replacement of V6 box just in case current Leeds problem is not causing my pixelling. Hope this posts helps others.

Just noticed service status is now showing a TV issue (in my postcode at least). Fix estimate 9 pm.

Just noticed service status is now showing a TV issue (in my postcode at least). Fix estimate 9 pm.

Fix estimate now 24 hours later,  9 pm tonight.

I’m in Knaresborough and am getting same problems with BBC3, BBC4, Sky Arts and others. The fix time keeps changing. I’ve signed up for updates but received nothing. I’m not convinced anything is being done. Is someone actually working on this? When will it REALY be fixed?
