Picture pixelation

Hi I seem to be having pixelation  issues on various channels. This wasn't happening before and seems quite recent..it is intermittent  and is only for a split second on each occasion but now getting very annoying..I have rebooted virgin box twice now and issue still occurs. No such issues when playing ps4 and TV and cables are all fine..online check of box has said no apparent  issues detected, but something is definitely not right with box/ signal.how do I get an engineer  to come out and test if its the box or signal?

I see you have posted on the 360 forum today, do you have a V6 or 360 box, 360 remote has a voice control button.

To help us determine, what your issues are, we would need to ask a few questions. Which channels are you having issues with? Are the channels HD or SD channels?

This pixellation problem wasn't happening "before" what?

In short, pixellation on live TV is usually a signal or tuner problem. Restarting your box once is good practice, but if problems persist - there's clearly a fault that needs dealing with.

Another good test is to check whether OnDemand is similarly affected. If it is, the issue could be somewhere on your HDMI cabling. Problems with the internet affect VoD differently to how broadcast signals affect live TV.

'Before' meant as it hadn't happened prior to this point..so for almost 18mths no issues.. not my cables as I have already checked those by by passing virgin box straight to tv and no issues at all doesn't happen when playing on demand just live TV.. box has been rebooted also.

Are you having issues with just standard definition channels, or high definition channels as well?

Also, have you tried entering the settings menu and ensuring the picture resolution is set to "Automatic"?

I asked in an earlier post, whether OnDemand was affected, have you been able to check this?

If it is, I think the picture resolution is immaterial.
