Picture breakup on certain recordings

I suspect it’s the box getting old as it’s happened before but I am getting breakups when watching some recordings. Not on every channel through - BBC1 programmes are Leah’s affected by so far I haven’t noticed it on any other channels recently. No issues when watching live Tv.

If I do need a new box it will be another couple of months till I have cleared everything off.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with the picture breaking up. Checking things here, it looks as though there could be some issues with the box. We would need to book an engineer and they would like replace the box. If you're happy with this to be done, pop back and let us know and we can arrange this for you.
