Can anyone help me i am going in sane with this stupid website and also the app !! I am trying to order a new V6 remote i get to the page where it says we can send you a new remote free of charge just checking your details , all my details are correct ten it comes back ERROR try again !!! i have given up after at least 20 attempts and of course you can not get through on the phone or even send an e mail to order one !! This is a joke i have been without a working remote for 3 days now !! HELP please someone !!

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone, or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.
