My new package mega tv should include Netflix but doesnt
When I was given my new contract I was told it should include Netflix. How do I sign in to Netflix with virgin media. My package is mega volt

You should have received a "welcome to Netflix" email - use this to create a new account on a full-size screen.
Once your account is created, sign into it using your V6's Netflix app.

I am so sorry that you are facing this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. Can I ask if you can see a clickable box at all via your My Virgin Media app that shows Netflix 'Manage'?
