Itv x will not play on v6 box

Hi Itv x doesnt play - I have signed in and out of the app on the v6 box - Have switched v6 on and off to reboot  ( netflix & iplayer and prime work all fine) have cleared cookies resett in ITV X - ...

    I went onto v6 itv x app and i went to search bar > "trending" clicked on Trigger point s2 - it now play's - Thank you Japitts 🙂

What do you mean by "tried to play app via phone sign-in"?

My suggestion is to compare the 2 methods of loading an ITV-X programme..

1: Via the app - load the app via the V6 menus, search for the programme within the app, and play.

2: Via the V6 menu. Find the programme, using "Search & Explore" if necessary > Watch from > ITV-X
