How to contact VM when an engineer fails to show ?

I've rung 150, the phone menu lets me check the appointment which has not been attended, which is marvellous, I already know that. The same for the link sent to my phone. How do you contact someone alive to check where the engineer actually is ?

Currently 2 hours outside the window and no contact at all.

Not impressed, especially with the semi threatening sms messages offering to fine me £25 if I am not in attendance. Guess it is only one way.

    I'm very sorry to hear that there were some issues with a recent engineer visit. Did this go ahead for you in the end, or do you still need further assistance?

      Hi Zach,

      thank you for asking. Yes, he was 2.5 hrs late and made no attempt to contact me, so I wasn't best impressed.

        I'm so sorry to hear this iancb though we are glad the engineer did attend. 

        Were they able to resolve the issue for you?
