Duplicate folders in Catch Up on V6

Would it be possible to tidy up the Catch Up menu on the V6 box where there are a couple of old duplicate folders to services that no longer exist?

i.e.

ITV Catch-up - old service with no content (needs to be removed)
ITVX - the new link to the ITVX app with all content

Channel 4 (white logo) - old service with no content (needs to be removed)
Channel 4 (green logo) - the new link to the Channel 4 app with all content
