Address to send my boxs back

I have 2 boxs I need to send back  were do I send them ..can I  ask for packaging  from virgin to send my boxs back ..plus I'm not paying my bill this month cos iv been trying to cancel my tv package from start of January

Hi Amandahucknall 

VM will send returns packaging out once the account is fully closed following you giving them your 30 days cancellation notice.

You can cancel by phone (best to call around 8am when lines first open), letter, or online chat by clicking on the Live chat button on the following page, which also includes the postal address

Just returning your equipment won't cancel the contract, however you can request packaging < here >
