HI @Thomas83

I've moved your post from the TV360 forum to the V6 forum.

Only V6 and tivo boxes show the S102 error.

Double check that the white coaxial cable is firmly connected to the TV set top box, and also to the splitter/ or wall socket..

Have you tried running the online test for /tv-error-codes/S102/start ?

Also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of local issues down to postcode level.

Hi Thomas83,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your TV service. Code S102 means the TV box can’t load the channel information. Checking things here, the box is showing as unreachable so we've not been able to run through remote diagnostics.

We have however sent a few signal hits down the line to your box to try and refresh things. In order for these to take effect, please reboot your box. Once you've done this, the channels should load again however if they don't, report back here so we can offer further assistance.

Many thanks,
