Hello,
I have broaden my contract and paid for the broadband including WiFi and cable. I had the WiFi set up earlier but the TV is new. I got the confirmation email from virgin and the contract on my email the same day. I’ve been waiting almost 10 days now for it to arrive. I was expecting it to come in mail and I can just set it up but I’m not sure cause it’s my first time having cable set up.

First thing to check is your orders in your My Virgin Media, if that shows nothing then the quickest option would be to phone Virgin, how did you order if it wasn't through a UK based person I would select the 'leaving option' when phoning.
If you have the hub near where you want the 360 box you might be OK, if they are not close then you could need a manned installation as the supplied splitter cable might not be long enough
