Wonka on Sky Movies will only play with sign language

I've tried watching Wonka on demand from Sky Movies but it will only play with sign language. I've chosen it from the Movies home screen, then again from the Sky Movies screen but both are the same.

When I look at the info it doesn't list SL.

No other movies that I've tried from the same screens have sign language, so I don't think it's something in my general settings.

I did have Wonka on my watchlist, so I tried removing it and then switching the box off/on again but get the same results.

Anyone had this problem and solved it?

At least you can record it as it's on nearly every day

Hi Spoons72,

Just checked Wonka and you are correct, I guess the wrong version of Wonka has been made accessible to Virgin.

I haven't seen a film before on Sky movies do this and didn't know the option to watch with sign language was available on Sky movies, if it ever is it's not an option I look for.

Possibly won't get sorted until after Christmas, have a good one. 🎄🎆 🍷

The  UHD version is playing normally without Sign Language

Yes this is exactly what we did in the end.

Hey Spoons72, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you couldn't play Wonka, sometimes films now come as standard for this.

I am glad you found another way to watch it though without them.
