Virgin TV 360 not selecting HDMI Port on TV when switching on

New Installation and need a little help. I have a Panasonic TV 

HDMI1 - Is the Virgin 360 Box
HDMI2 - Is a Amazon Firestick

When I switch on the Virgin Media Device it doesn't auto select the HDMI port unless the TV is on HDMI1 I have to manually switch it to HDMI1 never had this before with my previous supplier of TV Box. The Amazon Firestick when switched on selects HDMI2 straight away. Appears the Virgin Media Box doesn't send a signal to the TV ?

The only HDMI control setting on the 360 is the  "One power" setting make sure that is set to On.
