UHD on demand

Hi, I’m new to Virgin (moved from the Darkside lol) and would like to know why UHD on demand isn’t broadcast in HLG HDR like the UHD channels. Have I got my box set up wrongly or is this the way it is on Virgin?

I so sorry for any inconvenience caused with your UHD viewing, this would be subject to the channel provider as well as what the device can support. Are you trying to view on demand via the Set Top Box or via TV Go on another device?
