I received an email advising I need to swap my boxes because my current boxes won’t support Netflix from November? When I go into the email it says I need a new contract but I was initially advised there is no charge???

Sorry to hear of your concerns with the free upgrade.
The upgrade itself should be free of any activation/upgrade charges. If you're currently out of contract, the system may be advising you of this.
Are you able to share exactly what the communication is advising and we'll be able to assist you further?
