Hi
Our tv picture has started to glitch.
We’ve checked cabling, disconnected and reconnected etc. Performed a reset. Turned power off and on but the fault still persists.
As we have two 360 boxes, we checked the other tv connected to the second 360 box is its own cable and this works fine.
Leads us to believe that the issue is with the cabling for the other box - if we touch or move the fibre cable, the glitching gets worse.
Our main tv is unwatchable right now and I’m wondering how this can be solved quickly.
Also checked the normal antenna tv service (freeview) and this is also fine.
Thanks

If any issue recurs, swap the 2 boxes around - see if the problem follows the box to the new location, or remains with the in-room cabling.
Pixellation on live TV is usually a signal issue, but this shouldn't impact VoD & streaming. Poor internet connection usually results in buffering.
