Hi needed help as my TV 360 does not work with my current coaxial cable that is in my living room and my hub is upstairs, not possible to run a wire down to connect it either.

You will need to call Virgin on 150 and ask for a manned installation, if you have only just added TV to your account then there might not be a charge otherwise it will be a £25 charge for a manned installation.

Is the coax cable a Virgin cable or TV aerial coax.

The 360 box needs a coax connection to the box for live TV and a connection to your hub either by ethernet cable or WiFi.

If you don't have a coax connection where your TV is you need to phone and ask for a manned installation which should be £25.

pretty sure a tv aerial coax.
