TNT Sport setting up channels

Had TNT(BT) sports for the last few years. Renewed my contract last week and ever since the day it Renewed I haven't been able to watch it on my TV as it's stuck on settings up channels.

It's been 6/7 days now. I've had an engineer out who said this needs to be done remotely. This was on Thursday and I've heard nothing since.

Cab someone please help me as this is getting very frustrating.

Hi Bobbyt1987,

TNT Sports is now an £18 a month add on when you renew your contract, if you haven't added it then that might be something to do with your problem.

If you have added it then I would call Virgin and select the "leaving option" because it should be activated straight away, or you can wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.

Good Evening Roy,

Appreciate the information but in this case that's not the issue. I have the mega volt bundle with TNT Sports included. I'm happy to wait as I've already spoken to Virgin by phone and they decided to send and engineer.

So did they throw in TNT Sports for free because it's not included as standard in the mega volt bundle.

 

I have the the bundle plus Sky sports Hd Pack + TNT Sports, Sky Sports and Cinema Collection and kids pick.
